Maku’s journey began amidst the sounds of Stratocasters, the synthesizers of 70s Funk, and the Break Beats of 90s Hip-Hop vinyl. His rhymes narrate a street-life vibe that is inevitably Californian in style.
In his musical recipe, rhythm stands out prominently, reaching the listener before any other element, even when paired with a soundtrack that perfectly suits those living—or dreaming of living—the “sea-level city” life.
The artist meticulously oversees every aspect of his creations, from rhymes to beats, recording to post-production, graphic design to live performances and promotion.
He made a name for himself in the Italian rap scene from his early contributions in the late 90s (for instance, in “Cronici” with Sottotono), thanks to his remarkable storytelling ability. This talent made Maku Go the most recognized rapper for his skill in immersing fans in his seductive urban reality—always with the beach just around the corner.

Andrea Laddo’s music is deeply rooted in his Sardinian heritage, shaped by the vibrant atmosphere of Cagliari and the endless inspiration of the Mediterranean.
His journey began in local clubs, driven by a passion for the deep sounds of House Music and a genuine desire to connect with people through rhythm. Today, after years of dedication and growth, Andrea has become an artist known for his professionalism and humility, crafting every set as a musical journey designed to inspire and bring people together.
His music is never overbearing, but instead speaks the universal language of rhythm and melody, drawing inspiration from his Sardinian roots and the international experiences that have taken him to stages worldwide. As Resident DJ and Artistic Director at La Paillote, Andrea continues to share his vision every day, while staying grounded in his origins.

Angus Bit (Terralba, 1991) is a Sardinian musician and producer who blends experimental music, downtempo, ambient and lo-fi hip-hop into a distinctive sound. His music develops through original samples, personal recordings, spoken words, soundscapes, and various types of sounds taken from vinyl, cassettes, or other formats. He creates and arranges his tracks by playing different instruments, primarily samplers and synthesizers.
He started playing music as a teenager and, since 2018, has independently released his self-produced works under the name Angus Bit. In his live shows, he creates sets where each performance develops in real time. His live performance is also characterized using sequences, finger drumming and turntablism techniques.
He has performed at various festivals and events, including Here I Stay, Ruina Sonora, Casa del Jazz (Rome), Etnosfere, Cuncambias, Teatro Santa Croce (Berchidda), Poco Loco, Gheisi, Camere d’Aria (Bologna), Theatre en Vole, Teatro di Oschiri, ABBABIT (Abbabula), Karel Music Expo, Marina Cafè Noir, and others.
In 2022, he collaborated as a musician for the cultural association Time in Jazz on the original musical and visual project ANTINE (InsulaeLab), dedicated to the Sardinian artist Costantino Nivola. In 2024, he produced the original music for the documentaries Carrasegare and La Faradda Di Li Candareri, written and produced for Rai Sardegna (Bibigula). He has collaborated with various cultural and artistic organizations in musical, theatrical, radio, and audiovisual projects. He is currently collaborating as a musician with the band Feruja. He has released music through labels such as Mezzanotte Network, Lofi.Hiphop.it, Talk About Records, and Cors.Bros.Prod. His new album, NOBA, is an independent and self-produced release (2025).
